Sixth Form Admissions for 2025
Application forms will open here on Monday 4th December 2024. Students must apply via their school email address, and you will only be able to access and submit the form once. If you have any queries after submission, please email sfgeneral@uhs.org.uk and a member of the sixth form team will be able to help you. Once the deadline has passed, the sixth form team will be in touch with individuals to offer an interview to discuss their application further.

If you were unable to attend on Friday, 23rd August and would like to join our sixth form, please contact the school via our sfgeneral@uhs.org.uk email address. You should include the following information:
Your name
Your date of birth
Your address
Your contact details including mobile phone number
Attach your grade sheet for GCSEs and photo ID
Advise which subjects you wish to study at A level.
Someone from our sixth form team will be in touch with you next week.
