Induction Lessons and Summer Homework
This transition work has been created as a way of introducing Year 6 to the type of work they can expect to do when they join the school in September. To help our students become more confident in their learning and so that they can fully access the curriculum, the development of literacy and numeracy skills will play a very important part of their academic journey here at Uxbridge High School.
This work can be completed on paper from home and then brought into school on the first day of term. However, do not worry if you cannot attempt it or finish it in time for September as students will be given time at the start of term to complete it as well.
